Alister Jack berates SNP over Deposit Return Scheme saying not much 'joined-up thinking'
In the Commons today Scotland Secretary Alister Jack was taking Scottish questions.
Mr Jack attacked the Scottish Deposit Return Scheme, saying: 'The Scottish government have asked for a UK exemption after they put their scheme together. If I was building a house I'd get planning permission, then I'd build my house, not do it the other way round.'
