Fat / Weightloss Journey / B.E.D. (Binge Eating Disorder) Update 13.04.21 | 2021 [Icefire Fitness]

Hi Guys!
This is my Fat / Weightloss Journey / B.E.D. (Binge Eating Disorder) Update and as you can see, I look and weigh pretty much the same.

I've not been aggressively trying to lose weight, but I'm been eating normally (Vegan diet) and my weight have been floating around the 84 - 86 kgs mark (185 - 190 lbs).

I'm still doing intermittent fasting (eating from 13:00 - 21:00) but not really paying much attention to portion control or calorie counting (I should be stricter as I have been way too lenient on myself - allowing myself to eat crisps, chocolates, soft drinks, too much fruit, too much bread, too many carbs full stop!).

A good friend of mine has also suggested I drink more water (will help fill me up before a meal and also keep my body hydrated (currently very low Total Body Water % at 51% - needs to be closer to 60%) so that my joints don't hurt so much and my ligaments and tendons are lubricated better and don't tear so easily - I've torn my MCLs (Medial Collateral Ligaments) in both knees now! Ouch!

She also told me to eat slower so it gives my brain time to register that it is satiated.

My take way for today, is that it's okay to fall off the wagon - just make sure you get back on.
Don't beat yourself up, don't hate your current body - eat healthily, do your exercises daily (no matter how little) and know that you'll get stronger, leaner and healthier.
Don't cheat! No one will know, but you'll know!

My name is Ted and I am the LAZIEST Pilates and Yoga Teacher you will ever meet!

I HATE exercise.

I've been doing the same 5 Simple Exercises everyday for 250 days now, along with a Simple Vegan/Plant-Based Diet and have lost 12 kgs (26 lbs) so far!
