01.09.20 Ted's Daily Exercises real time

For the last two months (July & August 2020), I have been doing the same 5 Exercises / Stretches every single day in an effort to stay healthy, flexible and lose weight and keep it off for good in conjunction with quite a strict diet that excludes all junk food, chocolate, sweets etc. (although it does not prohibit the consumption of cakes and desserts occasionally).

My diet uses 4 concepts, and rather than being super restrictive, is ironically the easiest diet I've ever been on in my entire life:

a) Vegan/Vegetarian
b) Intermittent Fasting
c) Portion Control
d) Calorie Counting (approx.)

The daily exercises are as follows:

1) HEADSTAND with 10 x leg lowers to halfway

2) 30 x mini Back Bends/PRESS UPS/Burpees/Squats with 4 kgs dumb bells

3) 30 x step up SQUATS with 12 kgs dumb bell

4) 10 x SHOULDER ROTATIONS/PULL UPS
30 x HANGING INVERTED SIT UPS/Obliques &
5 x ASSISTED HANDSTANDS

5) 15 mins of SPLITS/LOTUS POSITION (Padmasana)/Hip Opening STRETCHES & Back Bends

(N.B. Press Up is British English for Push Up)
