How To Make PEANUT BUTTER GARLIC NOODLES - Asian Style 涼麵 | Quick & Easy Dish (Vegan Friendly) 🥜🧄🥒🥕

INGREDIENTS (4 servings):
• ½ cup (8 Tbsp) creamy or chunky peanut butter
• 4 Tbsp soy sauce (light/all-purpose/low sodium are all fine)
• 1 Tbsp sesame oil
• 4-6 garlic cloves (or more 😊)
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 large (or 2 smaller) carrot(s)
• 1 cucumber
• your favorite noodles/pasta
• optional: add a fresh chili pepper or few drizzles of Sriracha to the peanut butter garlic sauce for an extra kick

TIPS:
• Reserve some starchy water from the pasta to make the sauce smoother.
• Taste and adjust the sauce if needed.
• Cook the pasta/noodles al dente and rinse with cold water if you’d like to eat this as a cold dish.
• Don’t dump all the sauce, veggies and noodles/pasta together in a pot but scoop out sauce for each serving separately so everyone can adjust their serving to their own preference. Also this will ensure your veggies remain crunchy.
• This dish can be eaten warm or cold. Your choice!
