7 Minute Dumbbell Ab Workout You Can Do Everyday
This light dumbbell ab workout is designed to grow your abs and help you sculpt a better 6 pack as fast as possible! I'm currently training my abs every single day and I challenge you to do the same thing. While many ask "how to get six pack abs" and think that your exercise selection is everything, you need to also be in a calorie deficit to burn the fat covering your abs, so make sure to watch until the end where I show you a full day of eating on my six pack abs diet!
This dumbbell ab workout consists of some great weighted abs exercises that will help you build your lower abs, upper abs, obliques and v-lines. This entire ab workout routine is 7 minutes long, with 7 unique exercises done for 30 seconds time under tension.
