Journey Back to Muscle Up at 56 YEARS OLD - Fitness Motivation

After biceps tendon surgery 7 months ago and reaching 56 yrs of age it was time to get back the bar muscle up. Two years ago I could just about do one but it was sloppy. So now I wanted to show it was still possible and not only that but improve on my form.

Here's my journey and I'll let you be the judge.
