罐头红烧猪肉焖荷兰薯 Canned Stewed Pork with Potato
罐头红烧猪肉和荷兰薯都是耐收的食材。自家开伙要加菜时,只要家里有这两样食材,两三下功夫就能煮出一道热腾腾又下饭的住家菜了。重点是这简易小菜真的很好吃,有时间你也试一试吧!

准备时间:10分钟
煮时:20分钟
材料:
1罐 红烧猪肉*
3粒/600克 荷兰薯(去皮切片)
5瓣 蒜头(去衣剁末)
½碗 水(盖过马铃薯)
1茶匙 蚝油
1茶匙 酱油
2汤匙 粟粉水 (1茶匙粟粉+2汤匙水)
准备功夫:
1. 把荷兰薯爆至金黄色,沥油待用
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下2汤匙罐头红烧猪肉里的油和蒜,炒匀爆香
2. 加入荷兰薯和红烧猪肉,炒匀
3. 加入水(盖过红烧肉), 蚝油和酱油,炒匀待滚
4. 盖上,转文火焖10分钟或至荷兰薯变软
5. 起盖,转大火,加入粟粉水勾芡
6. 熄火,趁热享用
*小提示:
1. 视频用的红烧猪肉是古龙牌256克的罐头红烧猪肉
2. 吃得比较咸的朋友可以在出锅前自行加盐

Both canned stewed pork and potato are long shelf life foods so it’s a good idea to keep them at home. In case when you are running out of ingredients to cook, this dish can come to the rescue!
Portion: 4-5 pax
Prepare Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 can stewed pork
3 pc / 600 g potato (peel off skin & slice it)
5 cloves of garlic (peel off skin & mince it)
½ bowl water (enough to submerge the potato)
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch mixture (1 tsp cornstarch & 2 tbsp water)
Preparations:
1. Fry potato until it turns golden brown, drain and set it aside
Steps:
1. Heat the wok with oil, add 2 tbsp oil from the canned stewed pork & garlic, fry evenly and saute
2. Add potato and canned stewed pork, fry evenly
3. Add water (submerge the pork), oyster sauce & soy sauce, fry evenly and bring to boil
4. Cover with a lid, switch to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes/ until potato softens
5. Lift the lid, switch to high heat, add cornstarch mixture to make gravy
6. Switch off the gas, enjoy while it’s hot!
Notes:
1. Gulong brand 256g canned stewed pork is used in this recipe
2. You can add salt if you prefer it to be salty
