Time to get huge biceps with the 5 best bicep exercises for mass! This is day number 2 of training my arms everyday and it's time to grow bigger biceps. Although triceps are two thirds of the upper arm, your biceps are a lot more visible from the front and will be prioritized heavily in the training arms everyday experiment! I'm alternating days between training biceps and triceps so i'm technically training my arms everyday, but i'm not doing biceps every single day. Today's bicep workout for mass below. I recommend 2 sets of each exercise with short rest times no more than 75 seconds. This bicep workout shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes.
Bicep Exercise 1/5 - db alternate bicep curl
Bicep Exercise 2/5 - barbell swoop curl
Bicep exercise 3/5 - Spider curls
Bicep Exercise 4/5 - db hammer curls
Bicep Exercise 5/5 - lying cable curls
