Vegan dandelion honey - super easy!

Did you know that as a vegan you can have a non animal based legit authentically tasting honey?! Neither did I until I made this Vegan Dandelion Honey! Oh my, this is really good and so easy to make, you will wonder why on Earth did not know about it sooner!

Vegan Dandelion Honey ingredients:

50 dandelion flower heads (about 2 cups)
500ml boiling water
A pinch of salt
Some lemon rind
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cups rapadura sugar (any sugar would work)
40ml apple juice (or add 1 chopped apple while boiling the flowers)

Pour into a jar and enjoy!
