Potato peel crisps (no oil)

Have you wondered what to do with your potato peels? Make this tasty healthy snack - no oil potato peel crisps!
First coat the potato peels with 1 Tbsp of either green olive brine, pickle brine, vinegar or lemon/lime juice and then toss with the spice blend you enjoy, leave to sit for 15 minutes.

Spices Mix for Potato Skin Crisps

1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne or chilli powder (optional)

Bake the potato peels spread out on a parchment paper at 175 degrees Celcius for 25 minutes, turn and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how thick your potato peelings are. Careful not to burn, as it happens very quickly!
