Baby Owls In Nest | Japanese Scops Owl

We set up a hidden camera to film a family of owls in the nest. Curious birds hear the sound of rain and get scared. They are trying to find the source of the noise.
Later in the video siblings show care for each other by cleaning each other's feathers.
Japanese scops owl (Otus semitorques) is a very small owl (21-25.5 cm). Their eye color can vary from bright red to orange-yellow. This species is distributed across South-East Siberia (Ussuriland and Sakhalin Island), South Kuril Islands, and Japan (from Hokkaido to Okinawa).
This supspecies (Otus semitorques ussuriensis) inhabits the Primorye Territory of the Russian Far East, also called Ussuriland.
