How to Make Mulberry Paste

With Spring Equinox starting September 22 in the southern hemisphere, the season of wild berries is officially here!

Last year we were lucky enough to spend some time with Diego Bonetto @theweedyone foraging throughout Sydney while learning about his best tips on how to get started with foraging wild foods.

In his own backyard, although he actually means in a public space, we harvested a delicious bunch of mulberries and turned them into a lovely mulberry paste. Yummy.
