How to Make Sprouts

How good are sprouts?!
Because of the process involved in germination, our bodies absorb sprouts super well and contain incredibly high amounts of protein. Plus, you can make sprouts of pretty much anything that germinates!
In this video, Cathy shares with us her straightforward method to make healthy and affordable sprouts. And you will also save on the plastic containers they come within in the supermarket:
* Soak 1/2 cup of your choice of beans overnight - Cathy uses mung beans
* Drain the excess water and spread them on the sprouter or mason jar.
* Make sure they spread evenly, and the water drains slowly through the funnel
* Cover them with a tea towel as this helps with germination.
* In the morning, empty the water from the bottom tray and add fresh water on the top.
* Repeat for 2-3 days and voilá, and you have made sprouts!
