COCONUT JAM (KAYA) VERY DELICIOUS

Ingrt. - 2 bowls of eqgs (8 large 0r 10 small eggs
2 bowls of santan or coconut milk ( equivalent to 2 coconuts)
2 bowls of sugar
8 screwpine leaves or pandan leaves

Mixed in a large bowl all these ingredient ie. 2 bowls of coconut milk, 1 bowl of sugar and 2 bowls of eqqs. Well mixed all these ingredient by stirring figure 8 until sugar dissolves as shown in video. Set a side .
Caramelized a bowl of sugar until golden brown. Then you pour in the mixture as shown in video away from the fire. Put in the pandan leaves and stir until the caramelized sugar melt in the mixture. Cook until the texture is thick like a jam as shown in the video. Follow instruction as shown for better result or success.
