Coco jam | Latik | favorite na Palaman

Coco jam or latik is one of my favorite spread or palaman sa tinapay when I was living in the philippines. This is easy to make you just only need to have 2 ingredients., but also you need have a long patience to make it because you only do all the time is mixed it until look thicker and cooked.
Ingredients :
- 2 Can coconut milk ( I have no fresh coconut milk so I used a can.)
- 1 hard brown sugar
Just put all together and mixed it until thicker and cooked.
