How To Make Malaysian Kaya (Traditional Coconut Jam) | Cel Tries Recipes

In this episode I'll be attempting to make authentic Malaysian "kaya", otherwise known as coconut jam. It is a family heirloom recipe passed down from my parents to me, and now I am sharing with all of you. It's 100% natural with no artificial flavoring or preservatives, so please keep it in the fridge at all times for optimum freshness!

As promised, the list of ingredients below:
1. 600g Coconut Cream
2. 600g Cane Sugar
3. 600g Eggs
4. 10x Pandan Leaves
This recipe yields about 1,250g of kaya.
