This week's episode is all about my backing track and how to use it to help memorize the major scale patterns in a three-note per string fashion.

Remember to put yourself to sleep thinking/dreaming about anything you are currently practicing on the guitar. Visualize your practice, and mentally go through it until you fall asleep. Try imagining finger positions, sounds, and the feel!
