This week we start tackling the major scale in a three-note per string fashion. We will start with shape/pattern one and learn a new pattern each week.

Remember to put yourself to sleep thinking/dreaming about anything you are currently practicing on the guitar. Visualize your practice, and mentally go through it until you fall asleep. Try imagining finger positions, sounds, and the feel!
