GYM WORKOUT ROUTINE | DAY 4 | Lower body | Going back to the gym | Beginner-intermediate level

Hey guys!
The last day of our workout program - day 4. And we are training the lower body!

This plan contains 4 days of workouts: two for the upper body and two for the lower body. I created these routines when gyms were just reopening in California. So the variety of exercises is not super interesting. Plus, there were only dumbbells, a cable machine, and a smith in my gym. But since I had a one and a half year break from the gym, this plan is just perfect.

It's beginner-friendly. If you don't know how to do the exercises, just check them out on Google or write me a comment with your questions.
