Get ready to sweat! Ladies prepare to tone that bod and men get ready to build some muscle. This is a 25 minute dumbbell home workout designed to tone and build muscle. Get in there an push yourself to the max. With 4 sets of each exercise and 10 seconds added to each set you're in for a treat. Get your blood moving and your muscles pumped in this workout!

Adjust your weights accordingly to increase or decrease the intensity of the workout. Push yourself on every set to get better and be better. WORKOUT OVERVIEW:
• 6 total exercises
• Performed in groups of supersets ( 3 supersets in total)
• 4 sets of each superset
• 40 sec on // 20 sec off // 40 sec extended break between exercises
