Warren Mundine says he's 'so proud' of No campaigners
‘No’ campaigner and Indigenous advocate Warren Mundine says he is “so proud” of the Australian people after the Voice referendum’s defeat on Saturday.
“I went around the polling booths, pre polling in Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, News South Wales and Queensland," Mr Mundine told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
“And we were struggling and we didn’t have the money and things like that.
“Some booths we couldn’t even man and yet those booths still got a No vote.
“It is this minority of people who are winging now because they can’t accept the democratic process.”
