Ready to kill calories? ♥︎ With this quick cardio routine, you can easily burn lots of calories and lose fat. It's made of 4 sets - each set includes 2 minutes of exercise and 30 seconds of rest. So it won't be toooo exhausting - I promise it'll be fun and your body will release looots of endorphins. Let's get our heart rate up!

▪️ Recommendations:
• If it is too exhausting for you, you can take rests of course. Just don't quit.
• You can do it every day.
• For more burn, combine it with my other HIIT workouts.
