VMO Strengthening Method 2022 Update

This is the first video in a series of videos I decided to put together that provides an update on the methods and exercises I now use compared to when I first published some of my most popular videos 10 years ago. This first one is about VMO strengthening and knee pain and while many parts are quite similar there are several additions that I use now that make a massive difference to long term success with strengthening of the knee.

Also I left out the step 7 part of this process to prevent this video running for another 20 minutes. The reason for this is that it does not necessarily apply to ALL people. This is where I use a lot of agility and power based movements that are used in sports. Obviously if you do not play sports these are not relevant to you, however if you do play sport or wish to return to sport after knee injury this step is critical.
