12 MIN. NO JUMPING SWEATY CARDIO - high intensity workout | burn winter calories

I created this high intensity cardio workout for you to get sweaty and burn some calories. This one will not include any jumping exercises so it’s neighbour, knee and mood friendly, because I know so many of you hate jumps :D!
I included the best exercises for your whole body and every part of it.
Combine this with my other cardio/sweaty workouts for better results.
