12 MIN. LEANER THIGHS in 14 Days - slim & toned legs | No Equipment

This 12 minute leaner thighs workout is made for toning and tightening your inner thighs. If you want to slim your legs you need to lose fat but also need to work on your thigh muscles. These 10 minutes will burn so get excited for a lot of sumo squats, pulses and controlled exercises that work your thighs. Combine this workout with my other thigh workouts for better results.
