5 MIN. SIDE BOOTY WORKOUT - shape upper side booty / Hourglass Challenge

This 5 minute side booty workout is a great routine for building side booty muscles and as a result, wider hips and the hourglass effect. We focus on the top side part of our booty. I love these exercises because I can feel my glutes and the burn only in 5 minutes. It's part of the 7 Day Hourglass Challenge and marks Day 2 of the Challenge.
