This 8 minute every stretch routine is one of my favorites to stretch out your body after waking up. It will make you smile and start your day right with the right exercises that wake up your body and get you moving. It’s super simple and quick for everyone who doesn’t have a lot of time in the morning. Combine this routine with my other stretching workouts for better stretching results or do it as a warm up before a booty or abs workout.
