10 MIN. TOTAL ABS WORKOUT - for beginner & advanced | 7 Day Challenge

This 10 minute workout is for beginners and advanced people, which will make your abs burn like crazy. This is a 7 day challenge so do this everyday for a week straight. I included all the basic exercises that work for me, and also all parts of your stomach - side abs, upper and lower abs. I would suggest you to combine this with my other ab workouts in the future and, when you're not doing the challenge, to train abs at least 3 times a week.
Remember, every body is different and visible muscles, like ab muscles especially, are more visible when having a low fat body percentage!
