Weighted Vest Workout

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by a 30 second rest one after the other.
Rest for 60 seconds and repeat for one more round.

1. Lateral High Knees to Curtsy Lunge
2. Star Crunch
3. Pike Push Up to Regular Push Up
4. Squat to Toe Raise
5. Reach to W-Raise
6. Crab Knee Ins to Alt Toe Touches
7. Bear Plank Shoulder Taps to Plank Shoulder Taps
8. Double Thrust Burpees
Funk wearing 20 pounds and Angela has 10 pounds
