Ultimate 30 MIN HIIT Workout – No Repeat– 30 Exercises
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest one after the other for one round. Total Time = 30
1. KB/DB Goblet Squat
2. BW Push Ups
3. KB/DB Deadlifts
4. Quadruped KB/DB Rows
5. Goblet BW Forward Lunges
6. Hollow Holds
7. Bodyweight Y Squat
8. Single Alternating Floor KB/DB Chest Press
9. Alternating BW Single Leg RDL
10. KB/DB High Pulls explosive
11. BW Curtsey Lunge
12. Abs Bicycles
13. KB/DB Between Leg Sumo Squats
14. KB/DB Crush Press
