I already made a video on the best 3 variations for a bigger bench press. But sometimes, you need different exercises to build more muscle and thus increase your strength potential. Those are called accessories. And in today's video I wanted to give you guys my best 3 accessories that helped me increase my bench press and my muscle mass. Don't forget to still practice your comp bench in order to maintain your technique and CNS adaptations. The role of the accessories is to add more work around your specific bench, not to replace it.
