The Most Underrated Bench Technique for Strength in 6 Minutes

This is by far the most underrated bench press aspect.
Most people don't really think about how to breath on the bench press.
When in reality, breathing will influence your ribcage positioning which can lead to better strength and muscle recruitment on your bench.
So in this video, I wanted to talk to you about the breathing technique I use in order to bench press a lot of weight, with great technique.
