Easy recipe for fried turkish buns for breakfast. Turkish Pishi
Ingredients:
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 glass warm milk
1/2 glass warm water
2 glasses of flour
2 tsp dry yeast
Cooking steps:
1. Knead soft dough and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into 12 pieces.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
4. Fry the tortilla in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
