Turkish manti. The easiest way to prepare

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 glass milk (milk can be replaced with water)
1/2 glass water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3-3.5 glasses flour (add flour gradually)

filling:
400 g ground beef
1 onion
salt
black pepper

sauce:
2 tbsp yogurt
1 garlic clove

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried mint

Glass 200 ml
From the indicated amount of ingredients, I got about 5 servings.

Cooking steps:
1. In a bowl, mix the egg, salt, milk, water.
2. Gradually adding flour, knead a slightly tight dough (should not stick to your hands).
3. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes.
4. Add the onion grated on a fine grater to the minced meat and mix well.
5. If desired, divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut the dough into strips. Put the minced meat and fasten the dough well. Cut the dough into squares.
6. Serve manti with yogurt and tomato sauce.
