Juicy Chicken Rolls in Creamy Vegetable Sauce

Ingredients:
chicken breast 600 g
salt,
black pepper
butter 50 g
dill
hard cheese 50 g
a few tablespoons of flour
vegetable oil

Sauce:
1 onion
1 carrot
2 champignons
flour 1 tbsp
cream 200 ml
water 200 ml
garlic 4-5 cloves
dill

Cooking process:
1. Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into two parts, beat off a little, salt and pepper.
2. Mix butter with dill, put on chicken breast and form rolls.
3. Bread chicken rolls in flour and fry in a pan for 2 minutes on each side. Put on a plate and set aside.
4. Fry finely chopped onion until transparent, add carrots and fry for another 3 minutes.
5. Add finely chopped champignons to the vegetables and fry for about 5 more minutes.
6. Add flour, mix. Add cream, water, garlic, salt, black pepper and mix well.
7. Put the chicken rolls into the sauce and simmer covered for 25-30 minutes.
