How to Make Perfect Ganache #shorts

Welcome to a new short form of The Baking Hour! In addition to our cake creations, we also plan to release shorter and more informative tutorials! For the first episode of this tip filled mini-series, Ganache DIY is coming your way! Specifically, this video shows how to make a perfect chocolate ganache for drips and frosting. Or go a step further and use this for a filling! Learn the straightforward steps to transforming solid chocolate into a nice smooth melted consistency. Zekeriya will be showing you the simple steps to make the perfect ganache for your cake. Some chocolate chips, some heavy cream and a few other steps and you’ll be on your way. What makes this Ganache perfect you ask? Just look at that melted ganache! You can decorate all sorts of baked goods with this!

12 oz. chocolate
12 oz. cream
Whisk
Plastic wrap
A good mixing bowl
