UX Flight 3470 IAH DFW Stops Boarding Due to Continued Severe Thunderstorms

During an eternal delay at Houston (IAH), I grab a pizza and head back to Gates A1/A2, where two United Express flights are waiting to depart for Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) but are severely delayed because of heavy thunderstorms in northern Texas. UX Flight 3470 starts boarding, but then agents announce another delay. Passengers who boarded the aircraft are removed and sent back to the terminal. I receive a text alert from United that the departure time has been pushed back to 7:30 p.m.
