Looking for a quick and simple appetizer idea? These bacon wrapped little smokies with brown sugar are just for you. Pre-heat your oven or smoker to 350 degrees F and wrap your little smokies in bacon.
I like to sprinkle the bacon with some spicy bbq rub and then wrap the smokies. Then you simply toss them in some brown sugar and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, flip over the bacon wrapped little smokies, and put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes to finish off.
