Bacon Wrapped Smoked Sausage Cheese Tray

This bacon wrapped smoked sausage recipe is one of the easiest and most delicious smoked sausage recipes you can make. Set your smoker to 275 degrees Fahrenheit, wrap your pre-cooked, smoked sausage in thin cut bacon, sprinkle your favorite BBQ Rub on it and let it smoke until the bacon is cooked to your liking.
Brush a little BBQ sauce on the smoked sausage about 10 minutes before you take it out of the smoker.
