Bacon Wrapped Boneless Country Ribs in the Pit Boss Pellet Smoker
It doesn't get much easier than this. These smoked, bacon wrapped, boneless country ribs will be a huge hit at your next tailgate. I seasoned the country ribs with a light coat of Meat Church Holy Gospel BBQ Rub and then I wrapped each boneless rib in bacon. After they were all bacon wrapped I coated the outside with a layer of Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ rub to give it that sweet and sticky exterior.
From here all you need to do is cook them in your smoker at 275 degrees F until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. If you like your bacon a little more crispy you can turn your smoker up to 375 degrees F and cook them for a few extra minutes.
