Smoked Chuck Roast Beef and Tomato Stew
ROAD TO 60,000 SUBSCRIPTIONS
Smoked Chuck Roast in beef stew tastes amazing. Cut the chuck roast into 1 inch cubes, season them with Meat Church Holy Cow rub, and smoke them at 250 degrees F until they reach an internal temperature of about 160 degrees F.
Add the meat to your stew mixture and return to the smoker and cook until the chuck roast is tender.
I used the following ingredients for my stew mixture:
3 carrots
3 celery stalks
3 cloves of garlic
1 whole onion
(1) 28 oz can of whole tomatoes with the juice
2 cups of beef broth
salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy.
