Shortest Lived Presidency in History?

African countries have seen many presidents come and go. Capitalist presidents, Socialist presidents, Charismatic presidents, Puppet Presidents, Nonconformist Presidents, Democratic presidents, old presidents, young presidents, presidents for life and the list goes on and on. To put all of these guys on a list would be a burdensome task because from all 54 African countries there are perhaps more than 300 hundred names, so some of you may remember the first, middle and even the last name from history class according to what makes them stand out but most would people would fail miserably if these names were ever to appear in a game of charades. Either way though you probably haven’t even heard of Hezekiah Ochuka - the man who from 6am August 1, 1982 to 12 noon August 1 1982 might have been the 3rd President of Kenya.
