5 Rules of Fitness - Building Muscle and Burning Fat

My 5 rules of fitness are the backbone of all of my programming and working towards developing a strong, lean body! With or without a gym, you can be very fit and get to what you love, and for me, that is playing video games.

With the world throwing fitness info left and right, everything has become complicated. This leaves people in "analysis by paralysis" mode an never get anywhere.

If you can structure your days with these 5 rules, you will see results the will stay with you for life. This is because these rules stand the test of time, not some gimmick 30 or 90-day transformation.

Do it right, change your mindset, and get back to the rest of your life so you can live as fulfilled as possible.
