Supine Hip IR Level I ERE (Improve Hip Internal Rotation)

Hip internal rotation is a range that needs regular attention because our typical activities of daily living like sitting and driving, as well as the most common gym/resistance training exercises we do (squatting, deadlifting, lunging), prioritize external hip external rotation.
