Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 c vital wheat gluten
1/4 c nutritional yeast
1/4 c chickpea flour
1 tsp each of salt, black pepper, onion & garlic powder and smoked paprika

Wet Ingredients
2 TB olive oil
1 1/2 c vegetable broth
1 tsp browning sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
3 garlic cloves (grated)

Also need a steamer... ENJOY!
