WHAT I EAT IN A DAY - Vegan Weight Loss - Plant Based
Today I'm sharing what I eat in a day for vegan weight loss, eating a whole foods plant based diet. I chose to eat whole plant foods that are higher in starch, and lower in fat to help keep me full and satisfied throughout the day. This naturally yields meals that are lower in calories, and higher in volume, allowing me to eat lots of food that fills my stomach, without restriction.

HASH BROWNS:
Shredded Hash Browns, as much as you want.
Any veggies you want to throw in there
Taco sauce
Veggie Broth or water for sautéing
VEGGIE SANDWICH:
Ezekiel Bread
Spinach
1/2 Avocado
Cucumber
Oil free hummus (store bought, or home made - my recipe below)
Tomato (I was out, but love to add it on there)
Balsamic vinegar
CHOCOLATE OATS
Rolled Oats - I do 1/2 cup
Vanilla Plant milk - I do 1/2 cup
1 smooshed banana
1 TBSP unsweet cocoa powder
1 TBSP PB2 powder (or 1/2 tsp melted peanut butter for toppings)
Strawberries
