Day 49 - Yoga to relax your body and mind with Eli from Romania | Yoga4Unity

Curiosity and the need to transcend my own limits and conventions gained through education have always put me in touch with wonderful situations and people that have guided me to other unexplored areas of my being. This personal search guided my steps towards the Faculty of Psychology, personal development counselling courses, meditation and yoga.
I had encountered Yoga in 2004 out of a desire to experience meditation, and two years later, in 2006, I traveled to India for the first time to be trained as a Heartfulness meditation instructor.
In 2019 and 2020 I was to delve into another side of yoga from the perspective of attending the TTC 200 and TTC 300 yoga instructor training courses at the International Heartfulness Yoga Academy in India.
The experience I gained from the courses I attended, from my training trips to India but also from my personal practice I shared and have been sharing since 2007 with those interested in experiencing the potential that personal development, meditation and asana and pranayama practice offers to experience inner and outer well-being.

"YOGA for Unity and Well-being - 100-day towards IDY 2023" is a comprehensive Yoga program launched on 14th of March 2021. The program is free and runs for 100 days prior to the International Day of Yoga (IDY).

Yoga for Unity aims to unite all Yoga Institutions to preserve and promote yoga practices and philosophy across the world and make them accessible to one and all free of cost.
