The ‘Living Waters’ series takes you on an exploration of ancient texts of the Yoga tradition. We start with the Bhagavad Gita.
In this episode, our speakers explore the feminine in the Gita. On first impression one may tend to think that it is a male-dominated story about wars and its warriors. But on digging deeper a different picture begins to emerge: the Bhagavad Gita is an allegory, a metaphorical expression of our own inner battles: of right and wrong, of good and bad, of our masculine and feminine natures. What are the feminine qualities in the Bhagavad Gita?

Chennai and she is a practitioner of Heartfulness meditation.
