Brooklyn Extreme Routines: Muscle ups Pull ups Bar Dips / calisthenics

Much thanks for all the support & positive comments, I appreciate the constructive criticism also but please bear in mind that I do understand the concerns for full ROM , lower body development and most importantly “proper form”. I’ve been training calisthenics for over a decade and I'm well aware of what I am doing. I post videos for motivation and to prove that there is longevity with my methods even tho some routines and movements might be extreme. If some of my routines interest you I encourage you to try them at your discretion with your physical capabilities. You can modify them with the form you feel will benefit you the most.
Routine:
10 Straight Bar Dips (SBD's)
10 Wide Pull-ups
8 (SBD's)
8 Wide Pull-ups

6 (SBD's)
6 Wide Pull-ups

4 (SBD's)
4 Wide Pull-ups
2 (SBD's)
2 Wide Pull-ups
End with a 1 Muscle- up
