EXTREME BODYWEIGHT WORKOUTS

I often come up with routines spontaneously , I could be having dinner or taking a shower and Ideas for routines would flood my mind.When I got the idea for this routine I immediately thought of Juice for his trademark flying muscle-ups, I texted him right away to see if he was down to shoot the vid and like always, he was up for the challenge. It was only right for me to link up at Lincoln Terrace park one of Team Beastmode's lairs. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a Beastmode OG ,JR (@Trubeast187) along with new YouTube phenoms Semi (@fitlife_semi - Team Semi) & Star (@Starzfitness-Starz fitness) and of course Juice(@_juiceeibmg_) with some more familiar faces that I haven't seen in awhile.

Forgive the rush job, I've been very busy and I gave up looking for the right music that was copyright free.
